NYFRF Announces 2018 Nonpartisan Voter Guide

Albany, NY—New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation (NYFRF) has released its 2018 Voter Guide, available at NewYorkFamilies.org. Rev. Jason J. McGuire, President of NYFRF, made the following remarks:

“NYFRF is pleased to announce the release of our 2018 Voter Guide. On Tuesday, November 6, New Yorkers have important decisions to make at the ballot box. To make those decisions, voters need reliable information. The Voter Guide provides that information and makes it available in a free, user-friendly format.”

Rev. McGuire continued, “Who has time to research candidates for Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, State Senate, and State Assembly? With NYFRF’s 2018 Voter Guide, you don’t have to. Information about the candidates’ positions on a broad range of issues can be found there. In preparing the Voter Guide, NYFRF mailed questionnaires to every candidate in New York’s statewide races, congressional races, and state legislative races. Candidates’ responses are added to the Voter Guide, and information about candidates who have not yet completed the questionnaire is researched by our staff.”

Rev. McGuire concluded, “NYFRF is confident that voters will find the Voter Guide to be a comprehensive, unbiased resource. The 2018 Voter Guide can be found at NewYorkFamilies.org. All New York voters—regardless of faith, affiliation, or ideology—are invited to use it.”
