Rochester Brunch @ Faith Bible Church
Apr 28 @ 10:00 am
Rochester Brunch @ Faith Bible Church | Rochester | New York | United States

Join Jason McGuire, President of New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation, for a scrumptious brunch and discussion at the intersection of government affairs and Christian faith.

In Albany, we are battling efforts to legalize assisted suicide, expand abortion, and penalize certain forms of Christian counseling. But in the midst of the legislative battles, God is blessing our weekly Capitol Bible Study. You won’t want to miss the latest updates in our report!

Additionally, we’re in the midst of a huge election cycle with the Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller and every state legislative race up for election. Also, every member of New York’s congressional delegation in the U.S. House of Representatives and one of our two U.S. Senate seats will be on the ballot as well. We’re working hard to meet with candidates and gather information about their positions on the issues. At this event, we’ll be able to provide you with timely and relevant information about candidates asking for your vote.

One of the things that people often comment on after attending one of our briefings is that they glean inside information that they’re not hearing anywhere else. We strive to bring you legislative and political reporting from a distinctly Christian, first-person perspective.

Though our meal is graciously provided by our friends at Faith Bible Church, an offering will be received for the ministry of New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation.
